48-80 FT LONG TRAILERS 

The standard length of a semi-trailer in North America is 48–53 ft, with 53 ft being the most common for freight transport. A typical semi-truck and trailer combination is around 68–80 ft long

The width of a semi-trailer is more standardized than the length and height, and is typically 8.5 ft. The height of a semi-trailer is typically 13.5 ft

Most regions in North America have legal length limits for trucks and trailers, and the maximum length for a truck and trailer combination is usually around 75 ft. However, there are exceptions for specialized loads. For example, Utah allows trailers up to 57 ft, but you need an LCV (long combination vehicle) permit to drive them
